深淵なる闇の世界に浮かびあがり、救いの道を照らす電気菩薩。
中国北京出身のDJ 「TEI TEI」が主催するこのパーティーは、90年代のクラブ黎明期を思わせる個性的なインスピレーションとクリエイティビティによって、東京のZ世代を中心にしたフリークスの間で大きな話題になり、毎回満員御礼をおさめる.
今回のclubasiaでは、カッティングエッジな DJ はもちろん、要注目のライブアーティストを多数ラインナップ。中でも2022年にライブ活動を開始し、そのレベルの高さや謎の多さで注目を集める「bed」は、ロックバンドの本質に潜む刹那を孕むビートやメロディに震えることを諦めている、もしくは知らないでいる多くの人たちにこそ、そのパフォーマンスを体験してほしい。
また、今回アメリカから招聘された「ZAH」はVogue、iD Magazine、Avyss Japan、COLORSXSTUDIOS、TimeOutなどの雑誌に取り上げられ、世界中のアンダーグラウンドのクィアやトランスジェンダーのコミュニティを代弁する存在として、インスタレーション、マルチメディア作品などの視覚的要素を取り入れたパフォーマンスで、ファンタジーのような体験を生み出している。
2024年1月の中国上海公演、2月 clubasia 公演に続き、ゴールデンウィークには初の野外レイブを大成功におさめ、いま上昇気流に乗る「電気菩薩」を見逃しなく。
This year’s clubasia will feature a line-up of cutting-edge DJs as well as a number of live artists to watch out for. Among them, ‘bed’, who started their live activities in 2022 and have been attracting attention for their high level and mysteriousness, is a performance that should be experienced by the many people who have given up or are unaware that they can tremble to the beats and melodies pregnant with the moment that lies in the essence of a rock band.
Following their Shanghai, China tour in January 2024 and clubasia tour in February, and their first outdoor rave in Golden Week, don’t miss out on the rising tide of ‘Denki Bosatsu’.
